Wen's Jems offers the following Returns Policy: Returns must be received within 10 of your receipt of your new jewelry. Please contact Wen's Jems to notify us you are returning the item so we can issue you a Return Merchandise Identification Number. If you request adjustments or re-sizing please send an email to Wen's Jems for pricing. Wen's Jems uses PayPal to ensure your online purchase is completely safe. PayPal is our payment merchant so that you will feel completely safe using their payment service. You will not be sharing your bank or credit card information with Wen's Jems directly. If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to send a check to Wen's Jems, you may do so, however your order will not be shipped until your check clears.
